Interview & Skills assessment We’ll conduct initial interviews via video conferencing to assess communication skills and overall suitability. We can also administer relevant skills tests or assessments to evaluate technical capabilities and ensure you meet the job requirements.
Face to face final interview The final round of interviews can be taken at a local specialised training center. We’ll arrange logistics for company management to meet you in person, ensuring a thorough evaluation of skills and fit.
At the day, we’ll conduct hands-on practical tests to evaluate your skills, observe your problem-solving abilities and work ethic in a controlled environment. The company will select successful candidates based on their performance during the final interviews and skill assessments.
Job offer and contract If you successfully pass the interview, we'll send the offer letter and contract for you to sign and further begin to assist you with the relocation process.
Visa and immigration process You will be informed about the necessary documents such as passports, academic certificates, and work experience letters required for visa processing. With everything on hands, we’ll submit the visa application through the appropriate channels (e.g., UK Visas and Immigration) and assist in tracking the application status and coordinating with you.
Please be aware that you’ll be responsible for obtaining medical certificates and passing the language visa test if necessary.
Relocation assistance We offer a comprehensive relocation package covering expenses such as flights, accommodation, and moving costs to ensure you will have a smooth transition. Also, we or your new employer will assist with finding accommodation, opening bank accounts, and understanding local transportation.
Onboarding & Integration You will have an induction program to familiarise you with company policies and procedures on your day one. You'll be introduced to the team and get specific training for your new role if needed.
We’ll regularly check in with you to address any challenges or concerns and ensure a smooth adjustment to your new role and environment.
